USING OZZIE SPARK SAFETY
From first day to a clear record.
Create a plan
Sign in as manager, enter the worker details, confirm their actual duties and work state, and save the plan. Check the proposed topics and arrange any separate training.
Assign training
Open a saved plan and select Assign training. For individual learning, enter the worker’s own email. They receive an invitation and sign in with an email code. Alternatively, select a manager-supervised session and remain present while the named worker learns and answers.
Complete the lessons
The worker reads and acknowledges each lesson, answers three questions and reviews any errors before retrying. All assigned lessons must pass before the completion declaration is available.
Training and records →Retrieve evidence
The manager and individual learner receive completion emails. Search Training and records by worker or reference. Open the completed record to view dates, lesson versions, answers and attempts.
Save or print
Choose Prepare certificate PDF, then Download certificate PDF when ready. Choose Completion certificate or Full training record before using Print / Save as PDF to print the required view.
Keep workplace instruction alongside the record
Completion is evidence of awareness learning and assessment, not a licence, practical competence assessment or guarantee of compliance. Keep relevant workplace instruction, supervision and separate qualifications on file. Historical and sandbox test records are clearly labelled and cannot be used as genuine employee evidence.
