Training scope and content status
Practical safety awareness and training records for small businesses, starting with hospitality, accommodation and retail.
23 lessons with three questions each. Ozzie Spark authorised this internal release following AI-assisted content checks and software testing. No independent professional review, accredited qualification or regulatory approval is claimed.
What completion records
Assigned training records the named worker, lesson versions, reading acknowledgements, assessment attempts and completion declaration. Every assigned lesson must be read and all three questions passed. Public lesson previews are practice only and do not create evidence.

Workplace follow-up
The manager must check the actual tasks and hazards, explain local reporting and emergency arrangements, provide appropriate practical instruction and supervision, and check understanding. A short online assessment cannot establish practical competence, complete hazard coverage or legal protection.
The planner includes general responsibilities, emergencies, fitness for work, slips and trips and psychosocial hazards. Confirmed duties add relevant topics. Uncertain duties and specialist work need further assessment. References cover all eight Australian jurisdictions; local requirements must still be checked.
Test records and content changes
Historical test assignments and certificates remain test records. Designated sandbox businesses always create test records. New genuine assignments use the released content, while existing records retain their original lesson snapshots and versions.
Review and updates
Review content when official guidance, work arrangements, incidents or learner feedback identify a change. The app does not automatically monitor regulatory changes. Subscription frequency is not a universal legal refresher interval.
Sources and state guidanceTraining to arrange separately
- Food handling: check the applicable food-handler skills and training requirements. Food Safety Supervisor certification is a separate outcome.
- Alcohol duties: check and complete the relevant RSA training and any local card or refresher requirements.
- At work: arrange local induction, task instruction and supervision. Check for first-aid qualifications, licences or specialist training where relevant.
Ozzie Spark awareness lessons do not complete these separate requirements. The manager needs to confirm applicability, check the worker’s evidence and keep it on file.
